However, the dimensions of a known clamp are much larger than those needed for such clamps, and when using these clamps a set of tools is needed for applying a hemostat clamp. In addition, when using a known clamp and tool for applying a clamp, it is possible that the vessels are not clamped reliably. The aim of the invention is to improve the reliability of clamping vessels. To achieve this goal, a hemostat clamp made of plastic material contains two flexibly joined clamping jaws, the inner surface of which is parallel, with a latch on the end of one jaw, and a protrusion under the latch on the end of the opposite sponge, on the outer surface with The sides of the ends of the clamping jaws are made of two cylindrical protrusions, and the protrusion under the latch is made stepped. Hemostatic clamp contains two flexibly connected clamping jaws 1 and 2, the inner surface of which is parallel. At the end of the sponge 1 there is a latch 3, and at the end of the sponge 2 there is a protrusion 4 under the latch 3, which is made stepped to secure the vessels. Two cylindrical protrusions 5 and 6 are made on the outer surfaces of the clamping jaws closer to their ends. The tool for applying a hemostatic clamp holds the branches 7 and 8 with working jaws 9 and 10. The branches have recesses 11 under the cylindrical projections 5 and 6, and the branches are made turning possibility. The inner surfaces of the jaws are opposite. The hemostatic clamp is applied as follows. Clamp sizes can be reduced by about 50% for certain microsurgery applications. Different clamp sizes are selected depending on the tools that have working jaws with sizes that are most suitable for the clamps for the best performance. The clamp is made of biological plastic materials.
